Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Sorong
Arrive in Sorong, the gateway to Raja Ampat. After boarding the yacht, meet the crew, settle into your cabin, and prepare for the journey ahead. Relax on deck as you sail toward Raja Ampat’s renowned marine paradise, marveling at the beautiful sunset over the Indonesian archipelago
Day 2: Mioskon & Kri
Dive into the incredible waters around Mioskon and Kri Islands, known for vibrant coral gardens, energetic seamounts, and large fish encounters. These dive sites showcase some of the richest marine life in the world, where currents sweep nutrient-dense water through the reefs. Expect to see a dazzling array of schooling fish, colorful coral formations, and possibly even sharks or manta rays in this dynamic marine habitat.
Day 3: Yangello
Explore Yangello’s spectacular coral-covered ridges, reefs, and seamounts. Popular dive spots like Mayhem offer adventurous dives in current-washed areas, while Batu Dalam invites deeper exploration. Along the shores, mangrove forests hover over the corals, providing a unique opportunity for split-shot underwater photography in still, clear conditions. Soft corals in bright pinks and purples add vibrant color to this stunning underwater landscape.
Day 4: Wofoh Islands
Despite being a smaller destination, Wofoh’s dive sites are nothing short of breathtaking, with a dramatic drop-off along the west-facing cliffs that is rich with marine life. Dive along the reef wall and sloping southern reefs, which are home to black coral bushes and numerous small inlets teeming with fish. After diving, enjoy Wofoh’s pristine beaches and tranquil anchorages, perfect for unwinding.
Day 5: Aljui Bay
A macro photographer’s dream, Aljui Bay’s steep reef walls are covered with large fan corals that host pygmy seahorses, and the slopes are dotted with nudibranchs. Night dives here are especially popular, particularly around the Cendana Pearl Farm piers, where divers might encounter wobbegong sharks or the unique walking epaulette shark, along with a myriad of other fascinating critters in sandy, rubble-filled terrain.
Day 6: Piano (a.k.a Penemu)
Penemu Island, with its vibrant reefs and dazzling coral gardens, is home to some of the most picturesque dive sites in Raja Ampat. Drift dives along the offshore seamounts reveal colorful fish and corals, while Melissa’s Garden is famed for its shallow reef covered in mesmerizing coral formations. After diving, climb the scenic pathway to the peak of the karst islands for panoramic views over the turquoise lagoon.
Day 7: Daram
Located in the eastern Misool region, Daram’s dive sites feature vivid reefs and impressive marine biodiversity. The area’s small, rocky islets are coated in thriving corals that attract a wealth of marine life. Weather permitting, Daram’s exposed location promises some of Raja Ampat’s most colorful underwater landscapes, with abundant fish and coral species to discover.
Day 8: Wayil
Wayil’s multi-peaked seamounts and karst island ridges create a thrilling variety of dive experiences. With pelagic and reef fish populating these coral-laden formations, divers can explore everything from gentle drifts along colorful reefs to adventurous open-water seamount dives. The famed “Four Kings” seamount rises from the deep, acting as a magnet for marine life, and offers an awe-inspiring dive experience.
Day 9: Jef Pele, Lili & Kepotsol
Far from the busier sites, Jef Pele and its nearby islands Lili and Kepotsol provide pristine dive sites that are seldom visited. The signature dive at Kaleidoscope Ridge features a spectacular coral ridge with diverse marine life, from small reef dwellers to larger pelagic species. With extensive unexplored reefs and islets, this area offers great potential for new and unique underwater discoveries.
Day 10: Fiabacet & Boo
The labyrinthine reefs of Fiabacet and Boo Islands are among the best dive sites in Raja Ampat, with nutrient-rich currents that feed vibrant coral reefs, dense fish schools, and an array of predators. Divers will experience stunning scenes of reef fish swarming in colorful clouds, while white-tip and black-tip reef sharks, dog-tooth tunas, and even mobula rays hunt in the deeper waters. Karst rock formations add to the allure of this diving haven.
Day 11: Sagewin Strait, Batanta
While less scenic above water, the Sagewin Strait along Batanta’s southern shore is an incredible dive destination for spotting unusual marine critters. The nutrient-rich waters, mixed with freshwater from nearby rivers, create ideal conditions for macro diving. Dark sand bays and coral heads are home to fascinating species such as nudibranchs, frogfish, and the elusive mimic octopus, making it a paradise for underwater photographers.
Day 12: Return to Sorong
As the trip comes to an end, sail back to Sorong, where you will disembark. Reflect on the incredible memories of Raja Ampat’s underwater wonders as you prepare for your journey home or onward travels.
