Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Sorong – Embarkation
Step aboard the MV Ambai in Sorong and meet your crew for the journey ahead. After a warm welcome, safety briefing, and cabin orientation, settle in and enjoy your first evening as we set sail toward the heart of Raja Ampat.
Day 2: Dampier Strait
Start your underwater adventure with 3–4 dives in the legendary Dampier Strait. Known for its rich biodiversity, this area offers everything from vibrant coral gardens to sightings of manta rays and reef sharks.
Day 3: Piaynemo
Dive into the crystal-clear waters surrounding Piaynemo, a stunning cluster of limestone islets. Explore its thriving reefs and marvel at the kaleidoscope of marine life below the surface.
Day 4: Misool – Daram
Arrive in the remote southern region of Raja Ampat for a day of exploration in Daram. Dive 3–4 times among dramatic coral walls and submerged pinnacles teeming with life.
Day 5: Misool – Fiabacet
Experience the heart of Misool’s Marine Protected Area. Fiabacet’s rich reefs are home to over 1,300 species of fish, including schooling fusiliers, sweetlips, and the elusive walking shark.
Day 6: Misool – Wayil & Pele
Continue your journey through Misool with dives in Wayil and Pele. These sites feature coral-encrusted swim-throughs, towering rock formations, and endless marine biodiversity.
Day 7: Pisang Island
Enjoy 2 dives around the remote and pristine Pisang Island. With its coral-covered slopes and abundant marine life, it’s the perfect midpoint to relax and reconnect with nature.
Day 8: Halmahera – Kusu & Saleh Kecil
Cross into Halmahera and explore Kusu and Saleh Kecil. Dive 3–4 times among unique underwater structures sculpted by currents, where both macro critters and large pelagics await.
Day 9: Goraichi Islands
Discover the rich marine diversity of the Goraichi Islands, located on the edge of the Molucca Sea. These dives offer a mix of macro life, vibrant reefs, and the chance to spot schooling fish and larger predators.
Day 10: Tifore Island
Dive at Tifore’s impressive underwater pinnacle. Strong currents bring in pelagic species and large schools of barracuda, creating a thrilling drift dive experience.
Days 11–12: Lembeh Strait
Spend the last two days exploring the world-renowned muck diving haven of Lembeh Strait. With up to 5 dives across both days, search for rare macro creatures like frogfish, blue-ringed octopus, flamboyant cuttlefish, and more. A true paradise for underwater photographers.
Day 13: Disembarkation in Bitung
Savor your final breakfast on board before disembarking in Bitung. Take with you unforgettable memories of Indonesia’s most iconic dive regions—from Raja Ampat to Halmahera and the mysterious critter-rich waters of Lembeh.
