Itinerary
Day 1
The adventure begins in Labuan Bajo at 07:30, where you’ll join Jelajahi Laut. After a welcome drink, the crew will guide you through a full boat and safety briefing, and you’ll have time to settle into your cabin. By mid-morning, it’s time to set up dive equipment and prepare for the first check dive around 10:00 – an easy dive to get comfortable in the water. Lunch is served around 11:30, followed by a second dive in the afternoon. As the sun sets, you’ll gear up for your first night dive before ending the day with a relaxed dinner on board.
Day 2
An early wake-up call with coffee and a light snack sets the tone for the day. By 06:45, you’ll head ashore for a dragon tour, timed to avoid the crowds and see Komodo’s legendary reptiles in their natural environment. A hearty breakfast awaits back on board before a full day of diving begins – three dives around Padar, exploring sites such as Bonsai, Secret Garden, and Monkey Corner. The boat moors up near Padar Island for the night, where dinner is served against a backdrop of rugged hills and starry skies.
Day 3
The morning starts with another early snack before you set off on a trek up Padar Island. The famous viewpoint offers sweeping panoramas of beaches and bays in every direction – a highlight of any Komodo trip. After a big breakfast, diving resumes at 3 Sisters, followed by a dive at Batu Bolong, one of Komodo’s most iconic sites, known for swirling fish schools and colorful reef life. The afternoon brings a dive at Manta Point, where you may encounter graceful mantas circling cleaning stations. Dinner is served on board as the boat anchors for the evening.
Day 4
Today is dedicated to the volcanic underwater landscapes of Sangeang. After an early breakfast, three dives reveal black sand slopes, bubbling fumaroles, and unique critters hiding among the reefs. Sangeang is a favorite for photographers thanks to its unusual underwater scenery and rare macro life. Meals are served on board between dives, with time to rest and enjoy the views.
Day 5
Wake early for a full day of legendary northern Komodo dive sites. After a light snack, you’ll dive Crystal Rock, followed by a big breakfast and a dive at Castle Rock – both thrilling sites known for sharks, trevallies, and swirling schools of fish. Lunch is served on board before the afternoon dive at The Cauldron (also called Shotgun), famous for exhilarating drifts through a narrow channel where mantas often appear. The evening winds down with dinner and stories shared among fellow divers.
Day 6
The final morning offers a choice of three dives in the north or a return to central Komodo for another chance to encounter mantas. After the last dives, the boat cruises back toward Labuan Bajo. Guests can relax on the beanbags, log dives, and soak in the final sea views before disembarking between 16:00–17:00.
Please note: The itinerary and dive sites may change depending on weather, tides, and conditions. The Cruise Director and Captain plan each day carefully to ensure safety and the best possible diving experience.
