If you want a week that balances the best scuba diving Bali has to offer with cultural and coastal highlights, this 7 Days Bali Dive Safari is for you. The trip takes you from Amed’s volcanic reef slopes to the big blue of Nusa Penida, with time to explore East and South Bali on land. We offer three pricing options depending on accommodation type.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Bali and Transfer to Amed
Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar. Your driver will take you on a scenic three hour drive to Amed, a quiet northeastern village known for black sand beaches and relaxed pace. If time allows, stop at Sidemen Valley for rice terraces and local weaving. Check in and rest for the evening.
Day 2: Diving in Amed

Two morning dives at classic Amed sites. Example dive sites include Jemeluk Wall, Pyramids and the Japanese Wreck. After the morning dives you have a free afternoon to relax or explore locally. Overnight in Amed.
Day 3: Diving in Tulamben and Night Dive

Today we head to Tulamben for dives such as Drop Off and the USAT Liberty wreck. Return to Amed for a free afternoon. Night dive in the Amed area starts at 17:30. Overnight in Amed.
Day 4: Amed to Sanur with East Bali Highlights

After breakfast, travel toward Sanur with stops through East Bali. Walk through Tirta Gangga Water Palace and visit Ujung Water Palace with views toward Mount Agung. If time allows, visit the Bali Aga village of Tenganan Pegringsingan. Arrive in Sanur and check in. Overnight in Sanur.
Day 5: Diving in Nusa Penida

We join the dive boat from Sanur for three dives around Nusa Penida. Boat departs approximately 7:30 and returns around 16:30. Dive sites vary with conditions and may include Manta Point, Crystal Bay and SD Point. Expect strong currents at times and wide open water with frequent manta sightings. Overnight in Sanur.
Day 6: South Bali Cultural and Scenic Day

Spend the day exploring South Bali. Visit Uluwatu Temple on its cliff, stop at Karang Boma Cliff for quieter ocean views and enjoy the Kecak fire dance at Uluwatu in the evening. Finish with a seafood dinner at Jimbaran if you wish. Optional activities include paragliding at Timbis or visiting Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. Overnight in Sanur.
