Introduction Course (2 Days)
For those curious about freediving, the Introduction course offers foundational training without certification, providing a risk-free opportunity for you to explore if freediving is right for you or not.
Schedule: New groups start every day at 2pm
- Day 1 : Covers theory and a static (STA) pool session from 2 – 5 pm.
- Day 2 : Open water session from 8:15am to 12:30 pm + video analyses.

Beginner Free Diver Course (4 Days)
This course is perfect for healthy swimmers and focuses on safety and enjoyment. You’ll learn to dive confidently up to 20 meters deep, master pool techniques, and understand important aspects like physics, equalization, and marine life. Gain essential skills in mental focus, buddy diving, rescue procedures, and equipment knowledge for a safe and fulfilling diving experience.
Schedule:
- Day 1: 2pm to 5 pm – Theory + Static (STA) pool session
- Day 2: 8:15 am to 12:30 pm – First Open Water (OW) session + video analyses, 2 pm to 5 pm – Dynamic (DYN) pool session
- Day 3: 8:15am to 12:30pm – Second Open Water (OW) session + video analyses
- Day 4: 8:15am to 12:30pm – Third and last Open Water (OW) session + video analyses
Passing Requirements:
- 1 min 30 sec STA
- 30m DYNB
- CWTB (Constant Weight with Fins) & FIM (Free Immersion) 12-20m
- CWTB Buddying 6-10m
- Rescue from 6-10m
