You then head out for two instructor-led ocean dives at locations such as Manta Point, Crystal Bay, or calmer reef sites, depending on sea conditions. The focus is on safety, close supervision, and giving you a clear sense of what real ocean diving feels like before deciding whether to continue with certification.

Open Water (3 Days)

The Open Water Diver course is a full beginner certification for those new to scuba diving. The course combines theory sessions, pool training, and real ocean dives to build skills step by step. You will learn to use scuba equipment, control buoyancy, and communicate underwater. After completing the course, you will be certified to dive independently with a buddy to a maximum depth of 18 meters.

The Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed for certified Open Water divers who want to gain experience in more varied conditions. Completed over two days, the course includes five open water dives and focuses on practical skill development rather than classroom theory.

You will complete core dives such as deep diving and underwater navigation, followed by additional dives based on conditions and interests. These may include buoyancy control, drift diving, or marine life identification. After completing the course, you will be certified to dive to a maximum depth of 30 meters.

Diving in Nusa Penida

Nusa Penida offers some of Bali’s most dynamic scuba diving. Visibility usually ranges from 15 to 30 meters, depending on the season, and water temperatures can be cooler due to upwellings.
