Before you dive

Common questions

Never dived before? Most of our guests haven't. If your question isn't here, just ask.

Ask us anything

What equipment do I need?

Everything is provided — wetsuit, fins, mask, BCD, regulator and tanks. Bring your swimwear.

How long does it take to get certified?

Open Water takes a minimum of 3 days. Most courses run 2–4 days. Note: you must wait 24h after your last dive before flying.

Which agencies do you offer?

PADI and SSI — both internationally recognised and accepted at dive sites worldwide.

Can I dive with a medical condition?

Depends on the condition. Take our free fit-to-dive screening — it's the same RSTC questionnaire your dive operator will ask for on arrival, and it tells you whether you need a physician's clearance before booking.

What's the minimum age?

Age 8+ for introductory programmes. Full certification from age 10–12 depending on agency.
