Dining

You can eat up in the forest canopy or down at the ocean’s edge. The menus run between Indonesian and Mediterranean cooking, using vegetables, herbs and fruit from the resort’s own organic gardens.

The seafood is landed nearby. Two bars open in the evening, serving light bites and cocktails made from what the garden grows. All meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the rate.
