Umami

Umami is a 27-metre handcrafted phinisi built in 2023, running private charters. The interiors are wood throughout, with open lounging decks above. She suits groups, couples and families sailing Komodo National Park.

Umami cruises at 5 to 8 knots. The days combine snorkelling over coral gardens, sunsets from the bow and dinner served on deck.
