The trip
7 days, 6 nights, about 16 dives. Advanced Open Water with at least 50 logged dives. August to November.
Dive sites and their order change with conditions, and the captain decides on the day.
Day 1
Transfer from Ambon airport or your hotel, board, welcome briefing and a check dive.
Days 2 to 5
3 or 4 dives a day, with a night dive when conditions allow:
- At Ambon: the archways of Pintu Kota, and the Twilight Zone in Laha harbour for muck diving.
- In the Banda Islands: Karang Hatta and Hatta Blue Hole, where devil rays and hammerheads are possible; Pohon Miring; Batu Kapal; and Banda Jetty for mandarinfish at dusk.
- Pulau Manuk for sea snakes.
- On land: Fort Belgica in Banda Neira, looking across to the Gunung Api volcano.
Day 6
2 dives in the morning, then the sail back.
Day 7
Disembark in Ambon, transfer to the airport or your hotel.

- Three meals a day are included on the vessel, providing Chinese food, Japanese cuisine and Western food
