The trip
8 days, 7 nights, about 18 dives. Advanced Open Water with at least 50 logged dives. A December crossing, Ambon to south Raja Ampat.
Dive sites and their order change with conditions, and the captain decides on the day.
Day 1
Board in Ambon, welcome briefing and a check dive at Pintu Kota.
Days 2 to 7
3 or 4 dives a day:
- In the Banda Islands: Batu Kapal, Karang Hatta, Hatta Blue Hole and Banda Jetty
- Too Many Fish at Koon Island
- Misool: Andiamo, Gorgonian Passage and Magic Mountain (Karang Bayangan)
Too Many Fish sits between the Seram and Banda seas and draws pompano, Spanish mackerel and dogtooth tuna. In Misool, the sea fans of Gorgonian Passage hide Bargibant’s and Denise pygmy seahorses.
Day 8
Disembark in Sorong.

- Three meals a day are included on the vessel, providing Chinese food, Japanese cuisine and Western food
