The Level 1 course covers breath-hold technique and safety procedures, taught by instructors, so you can dive comfortably and know what you are doing.

Fun Dive at Liberty Wreck

As a certified Molchanovs Wave 1 freediver you must meet the following requirements:
•⁠ ⁠1:30+ min static breath hold
•⁠ ⁠30m diving horizontally in the pool
•⁠ ⁠12m dive kicking and pulling
•⁠ ⁠6-10m rescue
•⁠ ⁠pass the theory exam

Please Note: All participants must be able to comfortably swim in the ocean without using a floating device. Please keep in mind that schedule can change according to ocean conditions, students performance etc.
