Cabins
Capoeng Liveaboard offers a range of cozy cabin options to suit different travel styles. For a breezy stay under the stars, the Manta Cabin is a fan-cooled room on the top deck, perfect for two guests who don’t mind the sea breeze and love waking up to ocean views. On the main deck, you’ll find the Black Tip and White Tip Cabins, both air-conditioned with 2-share bunk beds — simple, comfortable, and great for friends or solo travelers pairing up. If you’re after a bit more space, the Octopus Cabin on the lower deck fits 2 to 3 guests and comes with AC, making it a good choice for small groups or couples wanting extra room. Each cabin is thoughtfully laid out to give you a comfortable rest after a full day of diving.
Itinerary: 3 Days / 2 Nights Komodo Highlights
Day 1 – Northern Wonders
We’ll meet at the dive shop at 08:30 AM before boarding the boat and heading north into Komodo National Park.
Today’s dives include Castle Rock and Crystal Rock, two of the most iconic sites in the park. Expect fast currents, schools of fish, giant trevallies, and reef sharks — perfect for those who love action-packed dives. When conditions are calm, the coral-covered walls are just as stunning.
We’ll anchor near Pulau Bugis for the night — a quiet, pristine beach ideal for a relaxing walk or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Day 2 – From Adrenaline to Aquarium
The day starts with a drift dive at Shotgun, where strong currents create a thrilling underwater ride. This site often attracts eagle rays, reef sharks, and occasionally mantas.
Next, we head to Batu Bolong, one of Komodo’s most colorful and fish-packed reefs, often compared to an underwater aquarium.
The final dive of the day is at Tatawa Besar, an easy, scenic drift through soft corals, sponges, and tropical reef fish. In the evening, watch hundreds of bats fly out of the mangroves at sunset — a magical way to end the day.
Day 3 – Manta Encounters and Komodo Dragons
We start the day at Manta Point (Makasar Reef), drifting through channels where manta rays often gather at cleaning stations. Other sightings might include parrotfish, eagle rays, and bamboo sharks.
Our last dive is at Tatawa Kecil, a small island with rich coral life and plenty of action — including fusiliers, trevallies, and snappers.
Before heading back, we’ll stop at Komodo Island for a short trek to see the famous Komodo Dragons in the wild, guided by local rangers.
