About Komodo National Park Fees

Every visitor to Komodo National Park is required to pay an entrance fee, which helps support conservation efforts & park maintenance. The entrance fee structure typically varies for domestic and international visitors.

One of the highlights of visiting Komodo National Park is encountering the legendary Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. To explore Komodo Island (trekking & hiking) and witness these magnificent creatures. Visitors must join a guided tour led by park rangers. A ranger fee is charged for every person entering the park, for the safety & preservation of the visitors and the park’s wildlife.

The park boasts some of the world’s most spectacular underwater landscapes, making it a paradise for diving & snorkeling enthusiasts. However, access to these sites requires payment of diving and snorkeling fees.

    • Sunday/Public Holiday: IDR 350.000 per person per day
  • Snorkeling
    • Monday – Saturday: IDR 265.000 per person per day
    • Sunday/Public Holiday: IDR 335.000 per person per day

Indonesian Citizens

  • Scuba Diving
    • Monday – Saturday: IDR 105.000 per person per day
    • Sunday/Public Holiday: IDR 115.000 per person per day
  • Snorkeling
    • Monday – Saturday: IDR 70.000 per person per day
    • Sunday/Public Holiday: IDR 80.000 per person per day

Komodo Dragon Viewing in Rinca: IDR 115.000 per person

Ranger fee: Padar Island IDR 120.000 (per 5 person). Komodo Island IDR 120.000 (per 5 person).

Drone: IDR 1.000.000 per day. Tourists must apply for a permit & the process will take up to 3 days.
