Bukit Lipah Resort
Bukit Lipah Resort is a five-villa property on the hillside above Lipah Bay in Bunutan, just south of Amed. Each villa is themed after one of the elements: Air, Water, Spirit, Fire, and Earth. The buildings sit inside a permaculture garden and follow an organic architectural style, with every villa offering its own infinity pool and panoramic view over the bay.
The resort is designed for guests who want the privacy of a villa with the convenience of resort services. An on-site restaurant, in-villa massage, and a programme of wellness, sightseeing and dive activities are available. Bookings of 14 nights or more receive a 20 percent discount on the entire stay.

Villa Air
Villa Air is a two-bedroom, two-storey villa themed around the air element. The open kitchen and terrace look directly over the ocean and Lipah Bay, and the ground-floor lounge opens onto the private pool. Sleeps up to four guests. Fully equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen, a minibar, and a balcony with sea view.
Villa Water
Villa Water is a two-bedroom, two-storey villa themed around the water element. Like its sister villas, it features a fully equipped kitchen with an open terrace overlooking the ocean and Lipah Bay, and a ground-floor lounge area beside the private pool. Sleeps up to four guests.
Villa Spirit
Villa Spirit is a three-bedroom, two-storey villa themed around the spirit element. The open kitchen and terrace look out over the ocean and Lipah Bay, and the ground-floor pool area is set within the permaculture garden. Sleeps up to six guests.
Villa Fire
Villa Fire is the largest of the five, with three king-size bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. A spacious lounge connects to the kitchen and terrace, and the pool offers an uninterrupted view over the bay. Sleeps up to six guests.

Villa Earth
Villa Earth is a three-bedroom, two-storey villa themed around the earth element. The terrace and open kitchen face the ocean and Lipah Bay; the ground-floor pool and lounge sit within the permaculture garden. Sleeps up to six guests.
