Blue Pearl

Blue Pearl

Blue Pearl is a new 48-metre luxury liveaboard, built in 2025 and 2026 and now sailing in Indonesia. The newest yacht in the Pearl Fleet, she carries up to 20 guests across 10 ensuite cabins, built to international standards with a spa, gym, whirlpool and a dedicated camera centre. Nitrox and Starlink WiFi are free on every trip.

The yacht

Built in 2025 and 2026, Blue Pearl is a 48.2-metre luxury liveaboard built to exacting international standards, with premium materials and state-of-the-art navigation, safety and diving systems throughout. She is designed for exploration across Indonesia and built to run self-sufficiently on extended journeys into the country’s most remote waters, with three tenders carrying guests to the dive sites and back.

Cabins and suites

Blue Pearl sleeps up to 20 guests in 10 ensuite cabins with hot showers. Nine are Deluxe cabins of 16 to 17.5 m², double or twin, with large sea-view windows. The Master Suite measures 36.2 m², with a double bed, panoramic windows, a sofa, a 9.4 m² balcony and a kid’s room. Every cabin comes with the practical comforts that matter on a long trip: a hair dryer, a safety deposit box, USB charging ports, an inter-room communication system, and dedicated hangers for bath and face towels. Up on the sun deck, loungers and sun beds give you space to dry off and unwind between dives.

On board

Blue Pearl is built for comfort across her decks. Guests have an indoor dining area with its own cafe and bar, a main-deck outdoor bar and a second bar up on the sun deck, a whirlpool, a gym area, a spa room, a business centre, and generous indoor and outdoor lounges. For divers and photographers, a dedicated camera centre gives you a proper space to manage and charge your gear between dives.

Deck plan

Blue Pearl is laid out over four decks:

  • Sun deck: lounge and bar, sun beds, and the captain’s room.
  • Upper deck: outdoor lounge, tender storage and guest cabins.
  • Main deck: whirlpool, lounge and bar, spa room and living room, kitchen and restaurant, the camera station and a guest cabin.
  • Lower deck: the diving deck, engine room, and the crew quarters and mess.

Diving

Blue Pearl is built for diving Indonesia, the country regularly rated the finest scuba destination on Earth. She carries three large tenders, each able to take up to 24 divers, so groups reach the sites quickly and comfortably, and a dedicated diving deck and camera station keep the gear side of things easy. All tenders carry full safety equipment, including oxygen, first aid and VHF or satellite communication.

Trips run from 8 days and 7 nights to 13 days and 12 nights, with up to 4 dives a day and 2 to 3 night dives per trip. Nitrox is free.

Where she sails

Blue Pearl is Pearl Fleet’s Indonesia yacht, sailing the Coral Triangle, the most biodiverse marine region on the planet. Her cruising grounds run from Bali and Komodo in the west, across to Alor and the Banda Sea with its remote Forgotten Islands, and up to Raja Ampat in the far east. Depending on route and season, there is a chance of manta rays, schooling hammerheads and whale sharks.

A range of sample routes shows where Blue Pearl will sail, from short Komodo trips to long crossings through the Banda Sea up to Raja Ampat:

  • Bali to Komodo (8 days)
  • Komodo (8 days)
  • Komodo to Alor (10 days)

Itineraries aboard Blue Pearl liveaboard

Bali-Komodo 7 nights

Day 1 | Departure from Bali & Check Dive at Kanawa

Afternoon: Board the vessel in Bali. After a warm welcome and safety briefing, we set sail east, leaving the busy shores of Bali behind.

Late Afternoon: Arrive at the idyllic Kanawa Island. Your check dive here is in a calm, crystal-clear bay, perfect for shaking off the travel dust. Explore a beautiful sloping reef teeming with colorful fish and healthy corals.

Evening: Welcome dinner as we anchor under the stars.

Kanawa's Gardens & Kramat's Critters

Day 2 | • Morning (2 Dives): Continue exploring the reefs around Kanawa Island,

known for their stunning coral gardens and excellent visibility. Keep an eye out for turtles and reef sharks.

Afternoon (2 Dives): Move to Kramat Island, a known hotspot for macro life. Dive its black sand slopes to search for rare critters like flamboyant cuttlefish, ghost pipefish, and a multitude of nudibranch species.

Evening: Enjoy a serene sunset and begin the journey towards Saleh Bay.

Day 3 | Saleh Bay & Moyo Island's Giants

Full Day (4 Dives): Dive into the rich waters of Saleh Bay, famous for its resident population of hammerhead sharks (seasonal, with best chances from July-November). We will also explore the protected reefs of Moyo Island, where Napoleon wrasse and giant trevallies are common sights. The vibrant soft corals here are a photographer's delight.

Sangeang - The Volcanic Experience

Day 4 | • Full Day (4 Dives): Experience the otherworldly landscape of Sangeang

Island, an active volcano. Dive sites like Hot Rocks and Bubble Beach are unique, where volcanic vents release streams of warm bubbles from the seafloor. The mineral-rich waters foster strange and beautiful coral formations, creating a truly surreal diving environment.

Evening: Witness the volcano's silhouette against the setting sun.

Day 5 | Gili Banta's Remote Reefs

Full Day (3-4 Dives): Discover the secluded underwater world of Gili Banta. This remote island offers pristine reefs, dramatic walls, and exciting drifts. Sites like Manta Banta and Roller Coaster are known for pelagic action, with chances to see sharks, eagles rays, and, of course, Manta Rays.

Evening: We enter Komodo National Park, with the iconic peaks of Gili Lawa on the horizon.

Gili Lawa - The Heart of Komodo's Currents

Day 6 | • Full Day (4 Dives): Dive into the heart of Komodo's famous currents

around Gili Lawa Darat and Laut. Challenge the thrilling drifts at sites like Castle Rock and Crystal Rock, where you'll be surrounded by massive schools of jackfish, trevally, and patrolling reef sharks. This is world-class, adrenaline-pumping diving.

Late Afternoon: Hike to the summit of Gili Lawa Darat for a breathtaking 360-degree sunset view over the Komodo archipelago.

Day 7 | The Manta Grand Finale

Morning (2 Dives): Conclude your diving adventure at a legendary Manta Point (such as Manta Alley or Manta Sandy). Soak in the final, magical moments as you drift alongside the graceful giants of the ocean.

Beach/Top-deck BBQ(can be adjusted due to the weather condition): We land on a secluded beach for a classic barbecue celebration, a perfect way to reflect on the week's adventures.

Evening: Bill Settlement with Cruise Director after dinner

Day 8 | Disembarkation in Labuan Bajo after breakfast
