Wellenreng

Built in Sulawesi, Wellenreng is a 25-meter traditional wooden phinisi designed for small, private groups. With just three cabins for up to nine guests, it offers a more intimate and flexible way to explore Indonesia compared to larger liveaboards.

The boat keeps things simple and comfortable, with a mix of open deck space, shaded lounge areas, and an indoor salon. Sailing with a dedicated crew of nine, the experience is relaxed and fully customizable. You can spend your days diving, exploring remote islands, or simply slowing down and enjoying the surroundings. Wellenreng operates across Indonesia’s main cruising regions, including Raja Ampat, Komodo, Banda Sea, and Sulawesi.

The Cabins  

Wellenreng features three cabins designed for small groups, with practical layouts and warm wooden interiors. Each cabin is fully air-conditioned and includes an ensuite bathroom, storage space, and natural light through portholes.

Master Cabin  

The master cabin is the most spacious on board, with a king-size bed and an additional single bed. It accommodates up to three guests and offers a comfortable setup for couples or small families, along with an ensuite bathroom and storage space.

Deluxe Cabins  

The two deluxe cabins each feature a queen-size bed with an additional single bed, also accommodating up to three guests. Located below deck, they provide a quiet and comfortable space for couples or friends sharing.

Diving  

Wellenreng is fully equipped for scuba diving, including Nitrox, a dedicated dive deck, and a tender boat for access to dive sites. Diving is done in small groups, which keeps the experience more relaxed and flexible.

The boat operates in some of Indonesia’s best dive regions, including Raja Ampat, Komodo, Banda Sea, and Sulawesi, making it a good option for both experienced divers and mixed groups where not everyone dives.
