Adelaar
Adelaar is a sailing yacht running diving cruises in Indonesian waters, with a small group on board and a dedicated dive team.
The Cabins
All staterooms have individually controlled air-conditioning, as well as an entertainment system. Guest rooms are all en-suite with Kohler wash basins, Grohe faucets, a hot water shower, and JETS vacuum toilet. Amenities from “Sensatia Botanicals”, an Indonesian beauty care brand dedicated to offering natural products, include calming shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The Crew
Adelaar’s crew consists of 10 Indonesian seamen, a Western Cruise Manager / PADI Dive Instructor, and a Divemaster. They are all certified and experienced, and they keep the diving and the sailing side of each cruise running.
The captain and the crew welcome you any time at the upper deck bridge area. From there, you can observe them at work, and get involved in navigating or steering the ship. They will also be up for a cup of tea, a chat, or a game of chess.
Activities
Besides scuba diving, snorkeling and land explorations, the Adelaar also offers sea kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, wake boarding and water skiing. All these to enjoy in a suitable bay, and whenever weather and sea conditions allow. There is a two-person kayak and two stand-up paddle boards available, which suit anyone who wants to explore a bay or the beaches on their own. If you prefer it faster and with more adrenaline, you might want to try our wake board with boots, helmet and safety vest.
Fine Dining Experience at Sea
The chefs cook a mix of Indonesian and Western food. Everything is prepared on board, and the chefs do the shopping themselves before each trip at local Balinese markets and trusted suppliers. Meals are served in the air-conditioned dining room or the salon, and out on deck when the weather allows.

The two local chefs, Wayan and Made, trained with a Belgian master-chef and have cooked on board Adelaar for 15 years. The menu pairs local specialities with international dishes.
Have a special request? Just let us know. Nothing is too much trouble for our two kitchen gurus. Since the galley is located just next to the dining room, you are welcome into their domain anytime.
