Itinerary
Bali-Komodo-Bali with Whale Sharks of Saleh Bay | 8 Days / 7 Nights | ~20 Dives
DAY 1
Check-in on board Mermaid II between 13:00 and 15:00 at Benoa Harbour, Bali. Set up your equipment, settle into your cabin, then join the boat and safety briefing. Dinner is served at 19:00, and Mermaid II cruises overnight toward Moyo Island, northwest Sumbawa.

DAY 2
Two dives at Moyo Island (Angel Reef, Little Angel Reef, or Panjang Reef). Soft corals, massive sponges, moray eels, bannerfish, nudibranchs, dogtooth tuna, and white-tip sharks. Night dive at Labuanhaji, a macro paradise. Cruise to Saleh Bay.

DAY 3
Early morning dive and snorkel with the whale sharks of Saleh Bay. Spend around three hours around active fishing platforms (bagans) where whale sharks regularly visit. Continue to Satonda Island for a macro/reef dive, followed by a night dive after watching thousands of bats fly at sunset. Overnight cruise to Komodo National Park.

DAY 4
Explore the best sites of North Komodo: GPS Point (Gili Banta), Batu Monco, Crystal Rock, Castle Rock, and Lighthouse Reef. Huge schools of fish, giant trevallies, jacks, snappers, unicornfish, eagle rays, white-tip and grey reef sharks.

DAY 5
Two dives at Manta Alley, known for consistent manta encounters. In the afternoon, visit Loh Liang to see the legendary Komodo dragons. Night dive after sunset.

DAY 6
Two dives around Gili Lawa Laut / Gili Darat, including Batu Bolong, Shotgun, or Gili Darat Passage. Then head to Sangeang Volcano for a critter night dive and a visit to Bontoh Village. Overnight cruise toward Sumbawa.

DAY 7
Two final dives around Sumbawa and Moyo Island. Ghost pipefish, ribbon eels, turtles, cuttlefish, and schools of reef fish. Mermaid II cruises overnight back to Bali.

Disembark at Benoa Harbour after breakfast at 08:00.
