Day 1 – Sebayur Islands
- Morning hotel or airport pickup in Labuan Bajo
- Welcome briefing, breakfast, and departure around 10:00 AM
- 2 easy check dives at Sebayur Kecil and Besar — calm waters, great for warming up
Day 2 – Mantas & Golden Passage
- Dive Tatawa Besar and Manta Point (Karang Makassar)
- Afternoon drift dive at the Golden Passage — reef sharks, snappers, mantas
- Sunset trek on Gili Lawa Darat with views of Sangeang Volcano
- Night dive at Stranger Things (macro-focused site)
Day 3 – Castle, Crystal & Cauldron
- Morning dives at Castle Rock and Crystal Rock — trevallies, eagle rays, reef sharks
- Afternoon at The Cauldron (a.k.a The Shotgun) — fast drift dive, big fish action
- Night dive in Komodo Bay (weather dependent)
Day 4 – Batu Bolong & Siaba Besar
- Sunrise dive at Batu Bolong — GTs, barracuda, sharks, Napoleon wrasse
- Tatawa Kecil — strong currents, swim-throughs
- Night dive at Siaba Besar — macro life: nudibranchs, cuttlefish, blue-ring octopus
Day 5 – Mauan & Pink Beach
- Dive Police Corner and Mauan (manta cleaning station)
- Afternoon at Pink Beach — shallow coral garden, sweetlips
- Night dive in Soro Lia Bay
Day 6 – Manta Alley & Padar Island
- Dive Manta Alley — one of Komodo’s top manta ray sites
- Afternoon dive at Pillarsteen (best wall dive in South Komodo)
- Trek up Padar Island for iconic views
- Night dive at Padar Wreck — frogfish sightings
Day 7 – Wainilu & Komodo Dragons
- Final dive at Wainilu — sandy slope with macro critters
- Visit Rinca Island to see wild Komodo Dragons
- Sunset at Kalong Island to watch 10,000+ fruit bats fly out
- Final night: top deck BBQ with the crew
Day 8 – Return to Labuan Bajo
- Early arrival back in Labuan Bajo (around 2:00 AM)

La Galigo Liveaboard, is a traditional phinisi that craftsmen from Southern Sulawesi in Bira built in 2012. The hull is made from ‘Iron Wood’ and the interiors are finished in tropical teak, weighing over 169 gross tons. The latter is designed and managed with comfort and practicality in mind, featuring a dive platform at the rear and cabins with en-suite facilities and stunning sea views. Furthermore, the engine room is soundproofed to reduce noise and promote better sleep. You can choose from 7 cabins with 3 different class types (Deluxe, Master, Suite), accommodating up to 14 people.
The Cabins
Deluxe Cabins
The lower deck cabins feature an American-style deep spring bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request. Also, each of the cabins has its private ensuite, equipped with hot fresh showers and climate control.
Master Cabins
The main deck master cabins offer a stunning view and direct access to the sun deck. They also feature an American-style deep spring bed that can be adjusted to double or twin beds. Each of the master cabins comes with its private en-suite, furnished with hot freshwater showers.
Suite
For the ultimate liveaboard experience, you can opt for the grand suite, which is the premium accommodation available on board. The suite boasts a spacious double bedroom, an extra large en-suite, and a private balcony with 270-degree views. Additionally, it includes a private lounge room with a couch, a 48” full HD TV, and a private fridge.
Dining, Relaxation, and Safety on board
La Galigo Liveaboard caters to your requirements and offers various dining options. Enjoy buffet meals, snacks, vegetarian options, but ask for vegan options in advance. Furthermore, you can enjoy drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Relax and unwind after a day of activities on the boat’s ample space, including a large restaurant/bar and a 48″ full HD TV. Enjoy the library of movies, books, and games. Additionally, you can sunbathe on the sundeck or find respite from the heat in shaded areas. Stay safe with industry-standard safety equipment and trained crew members in first aid.
